Not Just a Casual Conversation.
Gone are the days of the suited uniform. Many firms and offices are loosening their dress code and relaxing their wardrobe manuals. As workplaces adopt a “business casual” dress code, it might create even more questions about what to wear when you walk out the door.
Form and Fabric. It is a sports coat, or soft jacket, paired with a well-made shirt. Switch up your solid pants with a good pair of dark jeans, brown corduroys and some good wing-tipped brown shoes. Blues with reds, oranges with purples, tans with textures.

This is the look Italians like to describe as “sprezzatura,” which means a “certain nonchalance.” But as you can see, it is well thought out, and now form and fit, color and texture, and now style and refinement is applied. Bold patterns, accessories, handkerchiefs, lapel pins, watches, bracelets, add luxury and polish to well made sports coat. Of course the only rule to follow is how is exudes your internal confidence.
